| All-Grain, HERMS. Hot Liquor Tank is 15.5 gal. Sanke Keg that is fired by a 1500W heating element, Mash Lauter Tun is a 12 gal. "cube" cooler with a Bazooka "T" filter, and the Boil Kettle is 15.5 gal. Sanke Keg with Bazooka "T" filter. All fittings are SS, all tubing is copper. Convoluted counter-flow chiller with pre-chiller used for cooling wort. Typically brew 11 gal. batch size in 1.050 - 1.065 range. |
