I must be a lucky guy. My wonderful wife suggested we go to BJ's for our Valentine's Day dinner. I enjoyed a sampler of a few of their beers, even though I'd been there many times before. The beer highlight of the evening, though, was their seasonal Belgian Gran Cru. It was excellent! I'd never had it before. Had a nice fruity taste (mostly pear-like, I think) with a light sweetness and just the right amount of spiciness to round it out. Really nice! If you're heading that way anytime soon, I highly recommend you try it.
