It is cool if I bring my entries straight out to the Check-in right? Are we going to plan a carpool soon?

Yes but I believe TODAY is the last day of online registration. So have them registered TODAY. Then bring them out Saturday.

So basically I can go on and pay my entry fees online, i.e. 10 beers, $70. Then bring the specified 10 beers labeled on Saturday and I will be good.

That is the way I understand it.

Yep, and make sure you generate the bottle labels online today, in addition to paying for the entries. When you generate the labels on the BB website, it generates an id number for each entry, and that number is stored in the BB database. If you don't do this today, you will have to create your bottle labels yourself, and your beer entry info (beer name, beer style, etc) won't already be loaded in the BB database, so all of that entry info will have be entered by hand on Saturday by the data entry guy (Nick), which won't make him very happy.

I'm up for carpooling. I already live halfway there (well, not quite..).

Only trouble is, I've got a bunch of BB stuff I'm taking with me, so I'd need to take a truck, and trust me - you all don't want to ride in my ratty-ass truck, so it would need to be someone else's truck or other vehicle that is equally configured with as much cargo-carrying capacity. In other words, I don't think Mark's Mini-Cooper would work.

For any of the newer guys.
Pack up your beers in beer boxes line up your 3 beers per entry so they are all in one row. make copies of the cover entry sheet for your self. then staple the entry cover sheets along with your check or paypal confirmation all as one packet. then put this packet with your beers. If you have multiple boxes, write on the outside 1 of xx, 2 of xx, etc.

these minor steps go a long ways to help

Not fatally. If your registration page is there you are good.

Well crap, what happens if I only had the top sheets from the label generator? I dropped it off at Homebrew HQ and didn't put in my registration sheet...

Do I need to go back up there with my registration sheet?

I turned in the labels rubber banded to the bottles and the entry info page(s) stuck in the six-pack carriers, but not proof of payment. They told me they probably didn't need paypal confirmation.

Yeah, they have label and the entry info pages but no registration or payment confirmation.

It would help but it is not necessary. They will have to make one up as it goes in a file. It is used as backup to the info in the database.

Hmm, I'm 45-minutes from FWHB, and I'd rather not make the trip in twice today. I could email it to someone, if that would help.
