I am seeking someone to help me build a 3tier brewstand. I have an plan for how I want it built, but have none of the tools needed to build it myself.
Parts:
1x 6foot long, 2inch square steel tube (the center pole)
4x 2foot long, 2inch square steel tube (the base)
6x 2foot long, 1inch square steel tube (the the shelves)
2x propane burners
misc plumbing for the 2 burners
a March 809 pump (that will not be mounted to the stand)
I am seeking someone that can cut the steel, and weld it, as well as assist with plumbing the propane burners.
My plan for the shelves was to cut the ends so they come out at a 45deg angle to make ledges for the 3 kegs to sit on, although I am not against a square platform, or a single tier, if you believe it can be built for about the same price. I am planning batch sparging at this time, and may consider HERMS in the future, but my current equipment consistantly hits 80%+ eficiency, it just freaks my wife out when we lift a keg full of 160degree liquids to set it on a propane fryer!
I am figuring about $150 in materials, and would be happy to pay $100 for the help building it.
