Ever considered making your sausage at home? I've got surplus equipment for sale, since I've upgraded my tools over the last year.

To grind the sausage, you're gonna need the Universal #333 Meat Chopper, which can grind, according to the manufacturer, 3 lb per minute (but only if you are very strong). Cast iron, clamp-on type, with two sizes of grinding plates. Here's a link to a description:

Then you'll want a way to stuff the sausage. Try this Weston Stainless 5 lb Sausage Stuffer, which comes with three sizes of stuffing tubes and a home-made wooden mounting base. Description at:

Grinder = $40
Stuffer = $50

And I'll throw in a Corona-style cast iron hand-crank grain mill absolutely free!
