Maytag Neptune Washer / Dryer

My 14 year old Maytag Neptune washer needs a $400 repair and I am not willing to spend the money. I will give it and the matching working dryer to any homebrewer interested. I have loved the set but it's time. My new set arrives 8/7.

Neptune was one of the first water efficient front loader washers. High tech at the time ! PM me if interested. VB

Hmmm, might be able to use it on the hot setting to mash in. Then use the fast cycle on it to stir the mash, then just open the front-loading door and let it pour into your boil kettle. Or something like that. There's gotta be a good brewing use for it, right?

The machines are taken and out of my life. My new ones are working. This is a done deal. Matt, interesting suggestion about wash tub mash tun. The runoff / spin cycle would be real fast!
