View Full Version : Souring Robust Porter
Well, my robust porter from the big brew--yes, the Robinson Two-Finger Porter ;)--has definitely been gradually souring. No phenolic-producing contamination of any kind, just getting sour. I think I'll try it again sometime next year to see how it is. Who knows, I may even be able to pull off a Clint at Bluebonnet.

mine never soured one bit... probably because no one stuck their fingers in it
I sure in 6 months time, it'll be finger licking good.
