Not sure how much better a price we can get by doing our own group buy. But this way, we don't have to deal with orders, collecting money and getting everyone to pickup their grain. that is probably worth a dollar or two per bag.

I know you wouldn't convince me to head up a group buy when FWBH is already doing one, and this way we support a local supplier as well.

I'm all for supporting the local guys, so I'll order a couple sacks from them, but I'm also all about saving money, so I'd definitely be interested in a club buy. Wasn't 2-row about $27 or $28 last time? I'd like some Maris Otter as well.

I am in Benbrook, and I can probably get Conley to leave his mill at my house after our next brew.

for the proce Stubby mentioned, count me in. and charge an extra $1 or $2 to give to the person that does all the work.

We are going to buy some grain from the bulk buy, just to have the maris otter for the Brew N Bowl. But I would like to do some of the bulk with the club too. Stubby, let me know and I will be in for a sac of pils and organic pale again for sure.

i got tied up by a big project, and non-stop conference calls, and couldn't contact fwhb for the bulk-buy. is there a possibility we can arrange another club bulk-buy?

Sweet! Hey, FYI I was able to order a bag of grain today from FTHB. It isn't too late. We needed the Maris otter quick, so we went that route. I will still be up for some other malts come bulk buy time.
