Thanks for the hospitality last night, I had a great time. The judging presentation was very informative and it answered some questions I had. I look forward to seeing you all later on down the road!

Thank you for the kind words. It was a great to meet you and have you as a part of our club. Definitely come out to the next Big Brew, they are a lot of fun and you get to take Wort home.

I will make it for sure! Hey I have a question maybe you guys could help with. I was going to just stumble through it, but in case others have already done it I will just ask first.
Does anyone know the all-grain equivalent of Briess Amber DME? I found on the Briess website that it is Munich 10 L, Caramel 60L, and 2-Row Base Malt. I am trying to convert a recipe and I want to get as close as possible now that I am doing the all grain.

What style are your brewing? Just by looking at the malt analysis for the DME

I would guess 75% 2-Row, 15% Munich, and 10% Caramel 60.

I think I used just about those exact numbers in my guess.
I am converting my old recipes to all grain, so I have several that will use that. But I think I will brew the Brown again soon since it is almost gone.
