Hey guys, I am going to order some base two row as a 50 lb bag. My wife does the all organic thing and I was curious if anyone has tried the Organic 2-Row?

BTW, I am officially paid up. You can call off the hired guns now.

I have not tried it. Did not think it was worth the extra price.

Just tell her that it's organic. Before you bring the sack of grain home write Organic in big letters on the bag with a sharpie. :D

Check out the latest Zymurgy March/April. It has an article on organic. Other than buying Organic Malt and Organic Hops the rest is the same.

I am all about vegan. The cows I eat are vegan. mmmm and boy are they tasty!

I am still laughing about the sharpie idea. I will definitely do that. She won't believe me, but hey, what can you do?

Clint. I feel your pain, but I have a feeling them talking is an inevitability. I think those of the organic mind have a gravity that brings them together.
