Awesome. Welcome Alex, you have found a great group of guys and gals. I assume HBHQ sent you our way that you are in Tarrant County. We are in the middle of Bluebonnet Judging this weekend and next then the 20th is the Worlds Largest Homebrew Competition right here in DFW. www.bluebonnetbrewoff.com
Joining is simple, come out to an event or meeting. We meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00, location is always posted on the site. Just $25 yearly dues and you get a 10% discount at the homebrew shops.
We have many really cool events, 2 to mention are the Iron Mash (ok Cool is not the word as we brew in the middle of July) and Big Brews (actually 5-6 events). Details for Iron Mash will pop up beginning in April, also check out the December/January Zymurgy which featured us. (Thank You Shank). The next Big Brew is in April, we will fire up our Nationally Award Winning 3 Barrel system to make a big batch of Tripel, everyone splits the cost in 5g shares and takes wort home. Big Fun.
Well enough rambling, welcome to the board and welcome to the club. We cannot wait to meet you.
