April 11 - Big Brew Tripel

Here is the official wort list. We need at least 10 shares minimum and 15 will be the max. Cost will be approximately $25. As I mentioned in the other post, this is Easter Weekend, if it causes us not to have enough attendance then we will consider a different date.

Please post if you will want wort.

It looks like we should push it back a week or two, otherwise it's tough calling it a Big Brew with only 15 gallons of wort callled for! :)

Has a recipe been defined for the Big Brew Tripel? Regardless of date, I want to go ahead and get my yeast and get it started.

The recipe is basically 80% pils malt 20% cane sugar.

I'll let James post full recipe though.
