That guy spent a long time writing out that post. Hey, speaking of. I am selling a HP plotter with extra ink and paper worth over 2 grand. If anyone is interested I have it priced on Craigslist for $1,200. We used it frequently for two months and then we we never touched it.

5: that is not a Bilchman ball valve


I am pretty sure this is not a Bilchman brew kettle. based on the white sticker with red lettering right above the valve, I think that is a Polarware brew pot. Polarware pots do not come with a sight glass unless you pay extra, and come with a standard 1/2 stainless ball valve and a port for a thermometer

the bilchman does not have a handle in the middle of the false bottom, and has a completely different texture than the one pictured, again this looks like a polarware.
