We will be brewing two batches Sunday, one starting about 8am and one starting about 10. Jeff is bringing an interested group of friends from Denton for the day. The want a black lager. If anyone has a good recipe let me know.

I am brewing a belgian as a starter for the big brew trippel.

At some point I predict some food will happen.

From everything that I understand for a Black Lager. Start with your best German Pilsner recipe (or Karls) then add Dehusked Carafa. Change nothing else.

Ready to go, dehusked carafa and all. Plus some smoked chickens, coleslaw, corn, chips dip, and oh, yeah, a few home brews on tap.
