Our next club event is a private tour of Franconia Brewery in McKinney Saturday, June 20. Our tour starts at 2:00. Plan on 1 1/2 to 2 hours there. WE are not chartering a bus due to low interest and high cost.
Our next meeting is Tuesday July 7 at 7pm at the Flying Pig. Vince Turley will show us how he makes, bottles, stores and uses yeast starters. See you there!
