Have an old Corona Mill just sitting at the house. Used it a few times to grind grain, works fine. I've been using a malt mill the past few years so this corona is just collecting dust.

i'd love to have it. moved to mini-mashing ( just been brewing a few months, but love it ), and this looks like exactly what i need. i'm also wanting to attend the next meeting of the cap and hare, and am looking forward to learning from experienced people

"rapidrise" does that mean it will ferment quicker? maybe i can be drinking in 2-4 hours

i thought yeast was yeast..... I have a batch fermenting right now with Rapid Rise yeast.... I was told it would help a healthy Kruzen form...

After 2 weeks of fermentation place in a warm place to rise, cut into squares and bake in a dark pan at 350*.
