Just an FYI that Thursday night I will be moving the C&H server to a new machine. Downtime should be less than an hour.
In case anyone wants to know the details here they are.
Current C&H server is running on VMWare Server Free Edition on a spare box in my datacenter, I now have two VMWare ESX Hosts running and am moving the few VMs I am running on VmWare Server to the ESX boxes.
I plan on converting over around 10pm tonight (thursday).

Mark deserves just as much if not more thanks than I do. He's done the majority of the work and without him this site wouldn't be running.

Considering the current VM only has 384 meg ram dedicated to it I'd say it's fairly snappy! It is running linux though, not a big foot print needed.
What linux is it running?

Nice work on the site. Seriously.
We are running Ubuntu 8.10
I'm a Gentoo man myself and compile all. I don't know, perhaps I'm a masochist...

Would you believe the conversion and troubleshooting only took about 18 minutes total? About 8 minutes to run VMWare Converter to move from the Vmware Server to the ESX hosts and the next 10 minutes for me to figure out how to change it from eth0 to eth1 since it found a new NIC.
Mr. C if you are a linux guy we will keep you in mind in case we need anything. Honestly I'm primarily a windows guy, but they make it easy enough with Ubuntu that someone like me can do this :)

Microsoft will keep you busy enough ;)
I used to use Linux exclusively, but for the past 3 or 4 years, I've used XP almost exclusively. All my trading software runs on Windows. It just makes it easier.
I used to run a couple of servers at home, but my ISP started blocking my incoming connections and put a stop to that. I fire up my Linux and Solaris boxes maybe once a year now.
