For the experienced AG's: any problems/enhancements for this 1? I think I'll make this my first ag.

It looks like a Wit recipe, you titled Blonde. if you want a wit then thils looks like a good start, I don't think you need the caravienna or c10. Just Wheat and Pale.

if you are wanting a belgian blonde, it would be more like 10# pale malt and 1-2# sugar. with the same hop and Belgian Abby or Trappist yeast. 154 mash temp ferment around 65-68 for this style.

I think the name is one he is just taking from a homebrewtalk contributer. My Honey Blonde wasn't really a blonde, but it came out tasty anyways......

Yeah, that definitely looks like a wit beer recipe without the traditional coriander and orange peel. If I was making a wit I would ditch the crystal malts as well.

On another note it is belgian so pretty much anything goes, so give it a try and see what it comes out like.

yeah, it's the 1 posted along with the double chocolate stout. supposedly, it has a rating of 45, so who knows? could be tasty. i'd think wit also, especially with the belgian wit yeast...

I only point out how to improve, never say it is wrong.
