Some of you had the oppertunity to sample some of my Beef Jerky at the last meeting. Since my wife is currently a stay at home mom with 2 kids at home, my brewing budget is limited to the profits i can squeeze out of selling beef jerky.
I have a couple people that are looking to get some from me, and as i can only make about 3 pounds a week, and have several customers at my office, I usually do a waiting list, and fill orders as i can.
I should be able to bring a couple pounds of vacume packed jerkey to the bigbrew as well as the next meeting. If you did not get to try any at the meeting, Nick and James can give a good referal, I brought half a pound for them to enjoy the day we made Kegles.
I have a pretty fixed price on my jerky at $25/Pound and it is available in half pound increments.
