Circle Brewing is still in the fundraising stage of operations, and no physical location yet has been secured for their brewery. This new brewing system should arrive within the next four months.https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/35617993-7112536308960828830?l=texasbeer.blogspot.com

Seems to me I'd have a location planned before I plunk down the money for a 30bbl brewhouse. What do I know though, I'm not a pro brewer but I do play one on TV.

Is Austin going to be the new Denver, how many breweries are there now?

It sure looks like it, I only hope it does not oversaturate.

Three currently, with two more planned for 2010 (Circle and Jester King).

Dallas and Houston combined add up to one (Two Rows), and that one stinks.
