One key step in the process is to make sure it's stuck for at least 30-45 min.

Are we going to do a Red Rye tasting program in Feb., or should I just drink
all mine before then? Vince said he would contribute and so would I?

I'm not sure mine will last that long. I tasted it again the other day to see how its coming along, and I'm pretty darn sure it won't last until then.

All you Red Rye brewers. I'd like to have the Red Rye tasting at our January meeting.

Finally carbonated mine and had a few pints, it's a great beer. Look forward to sharing it at the meeting.
