OK I am thinking that I would like to enter the brew off but I've only got one beer that might be ready. I bottled my scotch ale last week but I don't think it will be aged enough for the brew off. Should i just wait until next year and be more prepared or should I enter anyway and see how it goes. During the tasting I thought it tasted pretty good for beer with out bubbles but then again I don't know how good it is. I am really new to the home brewing but have been getting rave reviews from some fellow home brewers. Any help or advice would be appreciated. :o

You have until Feb 25 before the entry deadline. That should give your beer ample opportunity to carbonate. Try it just before the deadline and see if you still like it. If you do, drop it by your favorite homebrew store by the deadline.

If I recall correctly, they won't be judging until sometime in March, so it would have another week or two after registration deadline. Like Larry said, try it before the deadline and decide then.
