Default What is growing on my beer?

What is growing on my beer? This is an almost 10% saison that sat with a dry airlock for many months. I pitched a bag of blackberries on it a few weeks ago. It really looks like some sort of a wild culture, not sure though.

Looks like Whipped cream! Should go great with those blackberries!

Lacto infection? I dunno. It is thick and creamy and I bet it turns out dry as hell.

Sweet! You have a really nice pellicle growing there. From the looks of it, it is probably a pedio infection. Brett infections usually have large bubbles in the pellicle. I would be very interested in tasting this.
