Interesting Study
Done my Alma Mater Texas Tech. But it is quite scary how many Calories and Carbs some of my favorite beers have. Ouch!

This is why Matt always drinking a big gulp of yeast starter with every beer session. Helps attenuate those unconverted sugars.
