Name's Joe. Started brewing mead couple years ago while in college. Not a very involved brewer, which is why I like cider and mead, but I'm trying to improve and learn new methods.

Only recently finished aging product worthy of competitions and looking to get feedback.

I have a little beer experience and also distilled spirits and liquors

Names Julian.

Been brewing for 6 months. 130 gallons in.

Hoping to learn somethings from this club and help others out, as well.

IPA fan, but I like all beer. Except the phenol ones that taste like bandaid.
Been to Big Tx Beerfest the last 4 years, so I have tried many beers.
