Default Big Brew BBQ Sign Up - June 24th @ Kyle's

We will have assigned tasks, as I did before when I was the Big Brew Coordinator. I will make everyone work. You will not have the same task each Big Brew. This is to try to get more people familiar with the Big Brew Rig.

Well, I just found out that my presence is required at a wedding on the afternoon of the big brew day, so I can stay at the brew session no later than about 1pm. Consequently, I may have to drop out.

Alternatively, I could be there early and work the entire morning, and leave my fermenter to be filled and then taken home by someone, and I could pick it up the next day. I live in Keller, so it would be preferred if someone in the mid-cities or Keller area could take it home.

If that's not feasible, then it's no big deal, and I'll just withdraw from this brew day.

Thanks.

Hey guys. Bring a second fermenter. If things are rocking and rolling then we can try to brew a batch from the second runnings. Should make for a Robust Porter. Also, this thing will be smaller this year. If anyone wants to help with the brew day running of the rig let me know. I will be running it, but I could use help. Hell if you want to take it over, then go for it!

As for food. I will smoke briskets. PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND AND EAT. I have 4 briskets but I may not smoke them all if we only have 50 people or so. Bring sides, other meat, anything that you consider a special dish that you prepare.
