Default Perry

First time for everything. This morning we crushed and juiced 50 pounds of pears for 4 gallons of fresh juice. Sugar content is good, acidity appears to be good, O.G. 1.062, or thereabouts. Tomorrow we'll pitch and start the grand adventure.

Thanks to the LaPointe's for the loan of a much better juicer than the one we own.

By the way, there are more pears on the tree, but it's not my tree - Takes a little pluck to get them.

Awesome! Looking forward to trying some!

Also, I feel like there are some really good Steve Perry/Journey puns here.

Matt, the kids would probably enjoy the adventure harvesting pears from a tree- It's in NRH so not far from your house.... call me for details.

What can we com-pear with the Journey that Steve is embarking on? This is 1 of the first Generations, and hopefully he'll never reach his Frontiers. He's Escaped from his normal brewing, and hopefully his Departure will not be a failure. His Frontiers are expanding, and the Evolution is continuing. His Arrival in other brewing techniques is a Trial by Fire. Go for it Steve; it's all Dream after Dream, and a great Revelation.

There has to be some sort of award or recognition for a pun of this magnitude
