Interesting article.
American Barleywine ought to be about the best for promoting bone health. James, I'm coming over more often!
Avoid wheat beers. Also avoid Bud, Miller and Coors, but that goes without saying anyway.

Interesting. My guess is this is a by-product of filtering an acidic solution (beer) using diatomaceous earth filters. Ref:
