Yeast
Wyeast London Ale III — Liquid — 500 ml.
Procedure

Brewing eff. was 84%

Notes

single infusion mash

made a 5oo ml. starter, bumped it up twice

made a 1.5 gal extra beer with excess running,

a 270 gm block of hardened amber extract, &

the rest of my pelleted Williamete hops & some old

yeast (2 months) laying around in my beer fridge

That was fun.....Mad Brewer would be proud...
